Southwest cancels more flights, promises return to normal

Southwest Airlines has created a website for travelers impacted by the thousands of flight cancellations over the past week. The airline said it will reimburse passengers who paid for alternative travel arrangements, hotels, meals, rental cars and fuel. The company hopes to be back to normal operations on Friday.
