Former San Antonio employee Michael Cuellar says the city has banned him from going to city hall and other city property. He filed a lawsuit in Federal court claiming the action violates his constitutional Rights. The city has filed a response in federal court saying that Cuellar poses a security threat. The attorney for Cuellar says the ban lists no reasons for the action and allowed no appeal.
