Governor Rick Perry has pledged not to expand Medicaid to provide health insurance for low income Texans. A few days earlier a detailed study by a highly respected expert on state finances argued that Medicaid should be expanded. We will hear from the San Antonio man who commissioned that study and from the Texas Medical Association representing the state's physicians.
