Former Mayor Henry Cisneros helped to increase tourism and create jobs in San Antonio. Cisneros went on to become the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development under President Clinton where he was actively involved in urban revitalization for this country's largest cities. Cisneros is turning 65 years old and is working to educate home builders on how to build age appropriate homes.
